Discord roles not being assigned to users
- Ensure the bot is in a role higher than other roles in the permissions hierachy.
- The bot can't update the server owner's roles.
Discord roles being unexpectedly removed
- Ensure you don't have a test site or another instance of the Discord add-on pointed at the same Discord server.
