This add-on allows you to restrict the ability to upload animated avatars to only those that have permission to do so. Works great in tandem as a premium feature for your paying members.

Installation:
  1. Extract the contents of the .zip file provided upon successful purchase.
  2. Upload the contents of the 'upload' folder to your root XenForo directory.
  3. Install add-on through the XenForo Admin Control Panel.
  4. Permissions can be allocated via Admin Control Panel -> Users -> User Group Permissions.
