No, we do/did not. We eventually simply made the decision to remove the Report Improvements addon altogether. We are running MariaDB 10.1.24.

As per title. Once a ticket is deleted or set to 'Resolved' or 'Pending", on initial page refresh the ticket counter on the top navbar will not be updated.

The server error log has since been deleted, but I'll try and get it to you if/when the error appears again.

I'm not entirely sure what's triggering it, but it has appeared in the Server Error Logs on a few different occasions now.
