I was wondering what the purpose is for the Knowledge Base that is part of Nifty Tickets plugin. I can't find much documentation of it anywhere. Does anyone use this? If so, what is it used for? Thanks!
Checkbox defined in Ticket status 'Enable' doesn't work, after I remove checkbox mark it appears again active (after Save and entering again t edit the Status)
Another think we can't do is remove TIcket Status, there is no an option to remove them,
Is there a way to change / setuo Default Status when someone opens a new ticket? I want to add another Schema of Status. by default: Open, Pending, Resolved.
I want to add a first Status: New, So my schema will be : New, Open, Pending, Resolved

Thats a solution, so it works :p. but I would preffer a different Filter behaviour :p
And If I want to manage several Status will be "difficult" to just see some of them
This issue still not fixed in Beta4.

If I define a new Ticket Field and mark it as a hidden :'Display on list' unchecked, also I've just marked some user groups to see it here: "Viewable by user groups " config..
I thing we're talking about different things or the latest beta4 from the Download ins't being updated.
I have this issue in urls like /forums/tickets/xxxx/?page=2 , this 'page=2 parameter not showing me latest Posts
THis is a big issue for us, we have some tickets with more than 20 post, we can't access to the pages, seems '?page=2' parameter in url not working properly
