I was wondering what the purpose is for the Knowledge Base that is part of Nifty Tickets plugin. I can't find much documentation of it anywhere. Does anyone use this? If so, what is it used for? Thanks!

Checkbox defined in Ticket status 'Enable' doesn't work, after I remove checkbox mark it appears again active (after Save and entering again t edit the Status) Another think we can't do is remove TIcket Status, there is no an option to remove them,

There are some Missing options in 'Ticket Category -> General Options: XF1.6.xx Version: Create Thread in Forum , Add Prefix to Thread Are Needed In My Forum. NOT INcluded in this Beta Version. XF1.6.xx

As Thread title say I can't select this option in 'Display location'. See attachment. If I pick this option, it appears an error:¡Please a Valid Value'
