I have set up a ticket escalation to close a ticket when "Time passed since last reply is greater than 2 days". That should close a ticket after three days of being resolved.
However, all my tickets remain unlocked.

I have selected 3 tickets in the category view and want to lock them all - but the dropdown doesn't offer that option. So I have to lock them one by one.
I have a user that has inserted attachments via prntscr.com. I wanted to edit the message to upload the screenshots (so they don't simply vanish) to our forums - but I can only add images using URLs when editing the message and not upload new ones.

However, the notice is not displayed in the category - it is only displayed when creating a ticket. It should also be shown in the category that is selected.
