Some people just get too riled up and type before thinking. They keep posting new replies. For such situations it would be very valuable to have a post flooding limit. So that the user cannot keep posting replies one after the other. This would force the member to wait a certain time or to wait...
It occurs frequently that a Report requires member communication. It would be useful to have the following functionality:

If you click on a members ticket count to go to:
https://site.com/tickets/member/membername.421673/
Then the order of tickets is reverse chronological. i.e. oldest tickets are first and newest last.
It would be useful to see when the member has last read/visited the ticket.
This would allow us to see if the member is visiting the ticket at all.
Currently a lot of tickets go unanswered, because members try to reply through email. Or have email notifications turned off and dont know there...
XenForo has a preferences tab in the account page in admin cp. This allows us to remove or enable email notifications for things like:
Receive email when a new Direct Message message is received
Xon's addons add similar settings.
But for tickets there is no such setting. As a result we cant...
It would be nice to have a countdown counter to display how long until an event starts.
Similarly it would be very useful to have a countup function to display how many days/months since an event.
For example:
Event: Alfa1 stops smoking
Date: April 1st, 2019
Count Up: 10 days!
Some events have multiple threads / discussions. It would be nice if members could start a new thread from the event page and if all threads about the event would be visible on the event.
Tag lists display fine. Except when one of the entries is an event. Then nothing displays. Not even other content types.
