Calendar 1.0.1 Editing an Event also Changes the Organiser, Reassigning Event also changes Last Edited User

When editing an Event, both the Last Edited User and Organiser are updated.
When Reassigning an Event (Event Tools), both the Last Edited User and Organiser are updated.

I believe it should be;
When editing an Event, only the Last Edited User (last_edit_user_id) should change.
The Organiser (user_id and username) should only change by Reassigning an Event (Event Tools)
