1. Appears the usage of an &(ampersand) in the Location causes problems when being passed to Google API ....

2. The integrated map display cannot determine a location, where as the exact same Location data hyperlink to GMaps in the sidebar does determine an accurate location ...

Fixed the first, can't reproduce the second with the same location:
