Calendar 1.0.5 Experimental/Dynamic Creation of Events Issue

You can "Create Event" with the call-to-action button and by a click into the calendar. In both cases a modal opens. But both have different layouts:

1. Dynamic creation (click into the calendar): Modal with "Title" and Date/Time but without the "Calendar" selector.
2. Create Event (call-to-action button): Modal with "Title" and "Calendar" selection but without Date/Time...

I think both need to be identical and both must have:

1. "Title"
2. "Calendar"
3. "Date/Time"

...as selection/option fields.

I thought I'd already submitted one for this, a couple of versions ago. Must not have.
It's primarily the reason why I have the experimental dynamic event creation and editing option unticked.
