Calendar "Add to Calendar" .ics export filename

When clicking the "Add to Calendar" button to generate the .ics export file, the filename is always "invite.ics". This can cause duplication and confusion etc. if members have to locate and import it into their calendar (ie. the browser doesn't automatically handle and integrate with their calendar).

I suggest the .ics filename is dynamic for each event. Either <event_id>.ics or <event_title>-<event_id>.ics.
