Amp install via ChrisD Install & Upgrade Addon ?

I am now using ChrisD's install and upgrade addon to upgrade zip files wholely for install and upgrading addons. With Amp Addon the zip file structure is not the usual format as unzipped it's

nixfifty-amp
 -- upload
 -- addon-NixFifty_AMP.xml

instead of just

upload
addon-NixFifty_AMP.xml

Does that matter if I just upgrade via the zip file using ChrisD's addon ?

It doesn't matter, both formats are technically correct and the Add-on Installer is smart enough to figure out where everything should go.
