Discord Bot Message to server

So when I was installing, I found where I could send a message to the server and I sent a Test text and it worked, but now I can't found where I did that at haha? can some one point me where to go?

Should be at Admin > Tools > Test Discord integration

I'm not see where I can send a message? Do I need to invite a bot each time or make it so ours is always online?

Oh sorry, I misunderstood your post-- outside of the auto-post alerts, you can manually send an alert by going to Admin > Discord > Discord channels and using the "Alert..." button in the top right.

You don't need to invite the bot each time- once it's in your server, it's in there until you kick it out.
