It would be very useful for staff to be able to convert conversations to Tickets.
I second that. Very useful. A lot of users write directly to the admin.
Please consider this one for the next feature release. it will be used a lot.
Half of our tickets by members are first posted as conversations to staff.
Bumping this one. I'm getting support questions by conversation day in day out.

I should reject the suggestion just because of this.
The lack of this function is getting quite problematic. If you see any possibility to implement this then this would be extremely helpful.
