It happens frequently that a report in the XF report center requires a ticket to be opened.
Please consider to add a 'create Ticket' button next to the 'Go to Content' button.
When clicking this, a new ticket would be opened for the reported member.
The title would be: Your Post/Profile/whatever was reported
The text could be something like:

Hello {membername},
Your post here was reported with the following comments:
Please be so kind to address this issue swiftly and let me know when it is resolved.
Regards,
{staff}

Of course staff would need to be able to adjust this text.
It would be nice if the ticket details would contain a link to the report.
