It happens frequently that a new registration requires a ticket to be opened. If the ticket is not answered quickly then we delete the account.
On this page: /admin.php?users/moderated
Please consider to add a 'Create Ticket' link next to the username/email.
When clicking this, a new ticket would be opened for the user.
The title would be: Your Registration on {website}
The text an easily be added by predefined response.
