Gift Upgrades Fixed DIsabled Upgrades are visible in drop down

On the gift popup in the upgrades drop down, disabled upgrades are visible.
This should not be.

Actually, its fine. I can just turn off gifting per upgrade.

Actually, scratch that. I just realised I already handle this case. Where are you seeing this specifically and what content type? Are you accounting for the fact that upgrades that are disabled for you may not be disabled for the user you're gifting?
