TeamSpeak Fixed Does not ban user on TeamSpeak when banned by rules violations (exceeding warning points threshold)

Hello,

a user just passed the threshold of warning points in my forum and was banned automatically.

The TeamSpeak addon didn't ban the user on the TeamSpeak, too, like it would be supposed to.
