Calendar Empty Event Alert for something that doesnt happen

I got this:


There are two things wrong here:

1. empty alert
2. The alert is for 'Kintaro is not going to the event A test Event.'

Who care if someone is not doing something? There should not be alerts for things that do not happen. Same for recent-activity. There should be no listing for members that do not go to events. On an active big board it would fill the global newsfeed.

The reason it's empty is because I had the same train of thought and figured it'd be useless. It seems I forgot to fully suppress it. Sorted for the next release!
