Freelancer Oct 18, 2017 #1 I did set up an escalation the sets the ticket to "Pending" if the Starter replies after it was set to "Resolved". But it sets the ticket to "Open" although if have set it up differently (see screens below)

Naz Staff member Oct 28, 2017 #2 Fixed. This was some legacy behaviour from when escalations weren't a thing.
