Calendar Event Cover

Similar to Bob's addons I would like to have an Event Cover.
This Event cover can then be used in Event listings in various Layout Views, as well as in sidebar blocks in the same way that Bob does it.

Few days out I think, this one's a bit substantial. Basically adding more config options, recurring events and cleaning up the code for 1.0.0.
