TeamSpeak Fixed Extensive server-load and maximum execution time reached

Some users, not all, trigger this message when they try to link their identity:

It works fine for many users but some have messaged me that they just receive an error and can't link their identitys.
I saw this spawn multiple php threads that all used 100% of one CPU core and then timed out after 30s.
