Rosters Group Notification through Mass Alert / Email

Rosters display certain groups like "Staff", "Leaders", "Members" etc.

Please add a tool to enable notification of certain groups in one step, either through

• Mass Alert: Limited to XX Characters that sends an alert to all users of that particular group/circle
• Email: Send out an Email to all users in that group/circle

This should be permission based of course.
