Tickets Not a Bug I can't change ticket status when assigned to someone else)

As an admin I should be able to change the status of a ticket without assigning the ticket to myself. However this is not possible.
 
It is possible. It functions the same way as reports.

You'll see the following block in the sidebar if the assignee is someone other than you:

Clicking 'Handle Ticket' expands and displays some options for you to modify the ticket:

Does this not work for you?
 
Handle ticket reassigns the ticket. So thats not an option. The ticket should stay assigned to the same moderator, so that if the user replies to the ticket the same moderator will handle the ticket.
As an admin I should be able to change ticket status without assigning the ticket to myself.
