Tickets Inserted Responses and Reassigning Tickets

I also am unable to reassign tickets to any users other than the original admin account of the forums. Everyone seems to have permissions to the tickets in that everything is set to "allow". Does this need to be set somewhere separate?

Both of these issues have been sorted now.
