Tickets Is it possible to only post automatic reply to new ticket?

For users who need to confirm their email account I have setup an escalation. To automatically post a message with instructions.
However, it doesn't seem possible to only post the instructions if the ticket has not received a response yet. I don't want it applied to any ticket.

Not yet but it's something I'd like to add. Criteria for new tickets and for reply counts should do the trick.
