Tickets Make "Assigned Tickets" in Queue collapsible (like UI.X Sticky Threads)

It would be very cool to have the assigned tickets separation collapsible with a JS animation, so that you can fold and unfold it like the "Sticky Thread" feature with the UI.X Framework. Same as with the UI.X feature it should stay collapsed after page reload of course until one unfolds it again.

I think it's part of bootstrap, so it should not be too much work.
