Calendar Make birthdays and upcoming birthdays more useful

I have hundreds of thousands of members. So every day thousands of members have their birthday.

So the few birthdays shown for random lurkers don't really seem to make much sense.

What I would like to see is birthdays of members I follow and of ranking members.
Show members you follow at the top.
Please let us define the usergroups of members that should be included.

A cut-off time in days for upcoming birthdays would be nice. Its set to 3 months or more. 1 month or even 2 weeks would make more sense for my site.

1.0.8 has the ability to exclude users if they don't have an avatar.

I will likely add some more granular controls at some point but figured I'd add this for now before I release the update.
