Tickets Make it MUCH clearer for members how to resolve a ticket

I am getting about a dozen requests a day from members who do not understand how to resolve a ticket. All are on mobile devices. While these members are complaining, there likely are many more who just mark emails about their ticket as spam.

Please make it much more clear how to resolve a ticket with one click.
