Tickets Fixed Missing mod log phrases

Just a few phrases we've noticed are missing in the mod logs:

• mod_log.nf_tickets_ticket_delete_hard
• mod_log.nf_tickets_ticket_merge_target
• mod_log.nf_tickets_ticket_delete_soft
