Tickets Moderator Tool Item: "Assign Ticket Owner"

There is a substantial gap in user experience with registered users opening a ticket as guests versus opening a ticket while being logged in.

I wish there was a solution to make guest tickets convert to actual user tickets easily and still have the ticket owner become aware of it, so he isn't lost between the guest login and the actual registered user login – password-wise.

A solution could be by adding a new moderator tool item "assign ticket owner" (which would bring a solution for other issues as well...).

When the ticket was assigned to its "new owner" the new owner receives an alert as well as an Email that his ticket was assigned to his registered account and if he wants to see the ticket he will need to actually login with his user credentials instead of his former guest password...
