Tickets Fixed No live update with "Ticket Status" and "Likes"

  1. When I "like" a post in simplified view in the ticket, there is no live update of it (like in forum posts). Only after page refresh the "like summary" below the post is shown.
  2. When escalations update the ticket (for example "set to 'pending' after reply") I also have to refresh the page extra one more time to have the new status displayed correctly.
