Tickets Applications Notification Emails with Attachments

It looks like for Tickets and Applications, notification emails do not show if there are attachments in a reply as I (hopefully correctly) remember it from default XF emails. Default emails show at least "attachment xxxxx" in the email while Applications and Tickets show nothing, which results in empty emails if the ticket/applications starter only sends attachments and no message as reply.
 
This is expected and I wouldn’t consider this a bug. Default emails only show a link to the attachment if it was embedded in to the message.
