Tickets Fixed RC4 "Undelete Ticket" not possible

As the title says. I can not "undelete" tickets in the queue via the inline-moderation menu and not in the "ticket tools" in the ticket itself...

Please mind that this is also a "moderator" permission in most add-ons: "Can undelete Tickets"

Yeah, I’ve already got the permission for it. It just hadn’t been wired up.
