TeamSpeak Fixed Selective Sync not available

Hello,

I've selected the "Enable experimental selective sync" option in my server's XF settings, but there's no area to select the usergroups to sync.

This will be back in the next update (after 2.1.0) as it's currently getting a small rewrite to be more reusable so the code can be shared between my TeamSpeak and Discord integrations.

Hoping to punt it out for both add-ons next week.
