Tickets Applications Shared IPs bug?

It seems like users that communicate with me via Tickets or Applications are displayed as if they shared the same IPs like me or each other. Really recognized this today as it suddenly looked like as if a guy from the other side of the world shared my admin IP which made me panic a little bit. Then other users shared the same IPs.

It looks like this is a bug that writes wrong entries into the database because when you then visit their user profiles and check XF moderator tools “shared IPs” on their profile they appear to all share IP with me and others on several occasions. The only thing in common is that they used Tickets.
