Tickets Sorting in the Ticket Queue needs to be optimized

I find the sorting not really working or – as it is now – not very helpful. I wonder how many parameters interfere with each other so that even the simplest sorting order (Date asc/desc) is not really "absolute" but more like a "relative" thing...

When I want to sort tickets in the start date order asc or desc there are still other tickets on top of that. The "Start Date", "Last Reply" and "Priority" sorting order should be really just "absolute": Sort all tickets to these parameters, no matter what status, assignee, category etc they have...

If I want to sort "Priority" in Ascending order it should list all "Open" on top, then "Pending", then "Solved". Right now I have "Solved" then one "Pending", then some "Solved" again and one "Pending"...
