Tickets Status drop down list instead of three dots button


Instead of having unintuitive three dots icon opening "Post reply and Pending" and "Post reply and Resolved" actions, I think it would be better to have Status drop down list instead.

To post reply and resolve the ticket, instead of clicking three-dots icon and then click "Post reply and Resolved", one would change Status field to Resolved and then click "Post reply button".
