Tickets Fixed Still Problems with Queue Sorting

I have now "merged" the assigned and unassigned tickets in the Queue (by the ACP option setting) but "Last Message" sorting ignores that. There are a lot of resolved tickets between current pending tickets and recently answered pending tickets.

It seems like it shows the unassigned tickets now on top of the assigned tickets. That's exactly where the break is. So I have multiple rows with tickets that are unassigned and then the latest replies of tickets assigned to me. Although the queue is merged.
 
In most cases tickets are in chronological order but in some case, with tickets in pending state the order is partly chronological. i.e. its chronological up to a certain point and then it goes haywire.
