Tickets Support placeholder variables in predefined responses

Pretty straightforward but predefined responses now support the use of placeholder variables.

So for example, the following predefined response...

...would generate the following editor text when used in ticket view:
Screen Shot 2017-04-16 at 14.24.57.png

This makes predefined responses a lot more useful, especially when you couple them with escalations.

A full list of placeholder variables will be finalized and documented before release but there's a ton of default ones available so far. In addition, it is incredibly easy for another developer to extend and add their own.
