Tickets Not a Bug There is no staff discussion tab

There is no ticket discussion tab. I did define a forum.
Is there anything I need to set or is this a bug?

No.I selected a node that did not have permission for the ticket starter. Which should be the case for staff forums.
When I select a different node, a thread is started.

Do you, in particular, have permission to view the forum and thread?

I've just tested this and it works as expected. If I can't see the forum, the discussion tab does not show for me.

@ALfa1 There is only a "Discussion" tab IF there was a thread generated. Which is GOOD so...

This was the issue. its not a bug.
