Tickets Fixed Ticket escalation - Reply to Ticket Not Working

Setting up a reply to ticket does not work. After you press "save changes" they do not save and it's like you never made any changes at all.

This happened when I tried to set up a reply to ticket message when the starter replies under time of last reply is within 1 day
