Clicking on the Ticket knowledge base results in this error.

This option only shows in debug / development modes. It can be ignored for now.

Is there any advancement on the knowledge base?

Yup, though the code paths for it are mostly disabled at the moment while I figure out some UI stuff (i.e. how to present it especially when there are no KB categories / articles).
