Tickets Ticket Read Timestamp

Could you add a timestamp to tickets for the last time the user read the ticket?
This allows us to see how many members are not reading their tickets. Which is useful for the debugging of the issues we are encountering.

Asides from that its a useful feature to have.

I've exposed this information now and I have also added tracking for when a guest reads a ticket.
