Calendar Fixed Upcoming events widget shouldn't include cancelled events

'Calendar: Upcoming events' widget displays Cancelled events within its results/output.
Obviously having cancelled/deleted events within such a widget serves no purpose.



Urghh, and still having the colon ( : ) appearing at the start of the meta information line, as well as a dot (.) appearing immediately after the username.
To be honest, I'll probably just look at removing the meta information line from the widget template altogether

None outdated, but 'nf_calendar_event_wrapper_macros' edited. Only adding class to the RSVP buttons, to allow styling of them.
