Tickets We need a way to set default filters for Staff Home.

/tickets/queue
This displays all tickets with any status. As we have thousands of tickets that it not useful. We very rarely view resolved tickets.

We can filter, but the filter is lost when we go back to the page. So we need to keep filtering after handling each ticket and each time we visit the helpdesk.

Please add an admincp setting to define the default filter for staff.
