This add-on will require users to explicitly agree to defined terms and conditions before being allowed to post in specific forums.
Terms can be set on a per-forum basis and the admin is able to use the built-in editor to create a rich formatted agreement.
An option is also available to require re-agreement to the terms after X number of days have passed.
