Good question. It's a thread from back in 2017, and I can't actually remember how it was created. It was a testing thread.
Let me create a new thread as that user again, and see if it does the same thing.
Interesting. I assigned the URGENT Ticket to myself as admin when I replied, and now the Tickets URL shows no tickets for that user:
Seems something is wrong with the logic grabbing the ticket information on that link.
So a user now has 3 tickets. 2 opened by themselves, and one opened on their behalf by my admin account.
When viewing the User information on one of the tickets they opened, Ticket: shows 0, but clicking the 0 shows the following:
Which is the ticket I opened on their behalf.

Just tried to convert a thread to a ticket, my own account on the forum (admin), and basic user in "customer" group.
