Tickets Fixed 1.4.8 Clean up Ticket Status Types

I pledge that there are only three to be set:

OPEN
PENDING
RESOLVED


I wonder why there was a "completed" type... ?? The above is sufficient in general, everything else redundant and not needed. Seal it with a KISS*... ;)

ALTERNATE APPROACH: Let Ticket Status Types be customizable in Admin CP. Default is three types (see above), and these can be edited or extended or deleted (to min of one) in the ACP. Ticket Queue List then takes over the custom states. You would have solved this once and for all.

This is now the case. :)

A lot of the changes in 1.4.7 pave the way for this but some degree of automation (i.e. escalations) are planned first.
