Tickets Custom Ticket Status Types

Let Ticket Status Types be customizable in Admin CP. Default is three types (open, pending, resolved), and these could then be edited or extended or deleted (to min of one) in the ACP. Ticket Queue List then takes over the custom states. You would have solved this once and for all.

Tickets 2 has support for custom statuses now. They're basic at the moment and mostly cosmetic but the groundwork is there to easily spin them out to be more customisable (i.e. custom views for tickets with XYZ status, etc)
